Keto "Panny Cakes"

Ingredients 
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 112g Cream Cheese
  • 12g (1tbs) Almond Flour 
  • 30g (2tbs) Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1tsp Baking Powder
Directions 
  1. Heat up a pan on medium/low heat.
  2. While the pan is heating combine all ingredients in a blender (I use the magic bullet), mix until everything is incorporated and the batter is made.
  3. Pour mixture into the pan in desired pancake size. Flip when golden brown and repeat until batter is gone.
  4. Top with butter or toppings of choice and enjoy.
